We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), hands-on manager to lead and run day-to-day operations for an established Houston moving company.
We’ve been in business since 2019, with a strong reputation, loyal clients, and a fleet of trucks. We need a trustworthy leader who can take charge, manage crews, handle customers, and keep the company running smoothly.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
Managing and dispatching movers and drivers
Scheduling daily jobs and maintaining customer satisfaction
Overseeing truck and equipment maintenance
Handling all job paperwork, receipts, and reports
Communicating effectively with clients and the company owner
Ideal Candidate:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Experience in moving, logistics, or field management
Reliable, organized, and confident leading a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work as an independent contractor (1099)
