About the Role
We’re seeking a Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist to help keep our operations organized and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working behind the scenes to support a team’s success.
Please note this is NOT a remote position. Our offices are located near Bellaire and 610S.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Prepare and organize digital and paper files
Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and other general administrative tasks
Generate basic reports and summaries as needed
Support team members with data collection and record-keeping
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
1+ year of experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
