Hiring full - time receptionist. One day off during the week with rotating weekend schedule.
Animal clinic experience would be preferred, but not required.
Receptionist duties include:
Check in clients and check out clients
Invoicing and Payments
Busy phone, fax, and email
Stocking pharmacy, food items, and filling prescriptions
Inputting history and getting past history for new patients
Learning vaccine protocols and veterinary medical terminology
Opening and closing (must be ready to open at 7:30 am)
Must be a team player that can communicate with co-workers
