Looking for a DYNAMIC, BI-LINGUAL PROPERTY MANAGER for a fast-paced Apartment Community located in Houston Heights.
Must have prior experience in leasing and/or management in the multi-family industry. AppFolio and Bluemoon Forms experience a plus.
Essential Functions:
Operations: Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment. Overseeing all operations including maintenance, make ready's, lease administration, capital improvements, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, etc
Customer service: Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospective residents.
Leasing: Marketing and showing prospective residents. Completing follow ups and tracking advertising and all client traffic.
Must have:
A valid driver's license and access to vehicle
Knowledge / experience of apartment marketing and leasing including TAA rules and regulations and Fair Housing
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Opportunity to live on site
