This position that we’re hiring for NOW is a permanent ARMED POST so you must have your Level III (armed) license at a minimum but Level IV is preferred.
This is a full-time steady role working at least 36 hours per week with the possibility of overtime paid at time and a half. This is a W-2 position as we are not one of these low budget security companies that pay their guards as 1099 contractors. We’ve secured the same client for 8+ years. This particular job site/shifts that are available are overnights from 1800-0600 (12 hour shifts - 36 hours per week) and some shifts available could include a Saturday & Sunday from 0600-1800 with a good possibility for a set schedule. We will be hiring at least three security officers for this role to cover 108 hours. We will be hiring someone who could work overnight Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Someone who could work overnight on Thursday and then during the day on Saturday and Sunday and one more officer who can work overnight Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The starting pay is $16 an hour and this job ALSO has a bonus available as well. The hourly pay can be increased due to licensing, possible military background and experience as we have an actual company pay structure. We conduct 90 day performance reviews with a pay increase at that time and annual reviews with additional pay increases.
