Key Responsibilities & KPIs:
● Engage with Sellers: Proactively communicate with potential property sellers via calls,
texts, and emails.
● Build & Maintain Pipeline: Use our CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring
follow-ups and updates are timely.
● Negotiate Offers: Analyze properties and present competitive offers, ensuring mutually
beneficial outcomes.
● Close Deals: Convert warm and cold leads into signed contracts using tools like
DocuSign.
● Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the transaction coordinator to ensure smooth
handoffs after securing contracts.
● Meet or Exceed Targets: Strive to achieve KPIs, including daily calls, offers made, and
contracts closed.
What Does a Day Look Like?
Your typical day will include:
● Morning Huddle: Join the team for a daily check-in and coaching session.
● Follow-Ups: Engage with hot and warm leads before your first scheduled appointment.
● Appointments: Conduct 2-4 phone appointments daily, analyzing properties and
presenting tailored solutions to sellers.
● Contracting: Secure deals by signing contracts digitally and coordinating with the
transaction team.
● Daily Reports: Review missed tasks, confirm next-day appointments, and complete an
end-of-day report to stay organized.

Qualifications
● 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
● Proven ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals.
● Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume pipeline.
● Comfortable with a 100% commission-based structure.
● Availability to work CST hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
Work Schedule
● Flexible Hours: While you control your schedule, availability during CST business hours
is critical.
● Full-Time Commitment: Expected to dedicate approximately 40 hours per week,
Monday through Friday, with availability for set appointments and timely responses to
sellers.
● Remote Position: Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Compensation
● On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $130,000 annually.
● Structure: Competitive, tiered commission plan with unlimited earning potential.
