The successful candidate will support daily sales operations, provide excellent customer service, and help drive store performance.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
Write and prepare customer estimates accurately and in a timely manner
Create, organize, and file job folders and related documentation
Conduct cold calls and follow-up review calls to prospective and existing customers
Coordinate and manage the appointment calendar, including scheduling jobs and follow-ups
Requirements
Previous sales or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Full time/ part-time negotiable
