Position: Cannabis Production Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily production of pre-rolls, vapes, and other cannabis/hemp products
Weigh, grind, and pack flower for pre-rolls with accurate measurements
Fill, cap, and package vape cartridges and disposables to production standards
Follow SOPs for all lab and production tasks (mixing, filling, batching, cleaning)
Label and barcode all products correctly, following packaging and compliance guidelines
Enter and update production data in the computer (spreadsheets, tracking software, logs)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Assist with inventory tracking, counting product and materials at the start/end of shifts
Work with the production lead and lab team to hit daily/weekly production goals

Requirements:
Must be 21+ with valid ID
Able to reliably commute to Houston, TX
Computer savvy – comfortable using basic software (email, spreadsheets, inventory systems)
Strong attention to detail – accurate weights, counts, and labels are a must
Able to follow written instructions and SOPs consistently
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a fast-paced production environment
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs
Previous experience in cannabis, manufacturing, warehouse, or food production is a plus but not required
Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn and grow with the company

Schedule & Pay
Schedule: Shift-based – days, evenings, and some weekends (flexibility required)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate DOE (depending on experience)
