Experience in SRE and latest Agile / DevOps models for Retail customers.
Thought Leadership Good communication skills.
Experience with ITSM tools like Remedy or ServiceNow.
Experience working with monitoring and support tools like QuantumMetric, Splunk and CDN like Akamai/Fastly
Analytical & Debugging Skills.
