Serve as a COMSEC Line Manager for USAF FMS cases, identifies materiel, services, shipping requirements, and projected costs for designated systems, projects and programs

Monitor open FMS cases and implements DoD and USAF directed policy for case management

Provide FMS program guidance to representatives of foreign countries and other DoD components and commands

Identify problems, determine resolutions, and coordinate ongoing FMS activities with functional specialists to assure logistics support goals are met

Identify, investigate, and resolve complex or unusual logistics problems; develop and implement corrective actions, program enhancements, and policy changes

Interpret policy and provide technical guidance to management and other specialists concerning program requirements that are specific to the country involved

Prepare Price and Availability (P&A) data to ensure that materiel need and regulatory requirements are met

Assess funding strategy for future programs and coordinate with users

Determine the specific requirements for systems and services to be used in the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) for the support of complex weapons systems

Initiate/direct procurement and shipping, provide guidance and assistance to stakeholders

Review system-wide program operations and recommend changes in basic FMS policy and procedures to ensure effective materiel support

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements :Minimum Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Active TS clearance required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree

Minimum 2+ years working with acquisition requirements, development, and approval processes with at least 1+ years in the DoD environment

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree

5+ years of related experience with at least 3+ years in the DoD environment in Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree

FM experience supporting financial management across multiple programs in their acquisition life cycle to include pre-engineering development, engineering development, testing, fielding and sustainment.
