move-outs - repairs & maintenance
property prep (which includes cleaning)
marketing for new tenants
coordinating repairs
coordinating with repair vendors and contractors
serving 3-day notices
following up with tenant inspections
You must be ready to respond to tasks in a timely manner and complete them at 100%
The right person for this job is likely someone that has a vehicle, insurance, a phone, and is used to be on-call during daylight hours and likes to solve multiple problems.
