Marketing Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support the marketing operations of our commercial real estate team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the fields of marketing, design, and real estate. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Director of Marketing and team to assist with property marketing, brand initiatives, and digital communications.
Key Responsibilities
Property Marketing
Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of property marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, signage, and email campaigns.
Coordinate professional photography, videography, and drone footage for property listings.
Maintain organized marketing files for each property, both digital and physical.
Will visit various properties to take interior/exterior photos (when needed).
Brand & Design Support
Support the design and maintenance of company-branded materials using Canva or Adobe Express.
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and comply with TREC regulations.
Manage the organization and consistency of logos, templates, fonts, and visual elements across platforms.
Digital & Social Media
Assist with scheduling, posting, and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and additional channels.
Research and compile market trends, local business news, and property highlights for content creation.
Email & CRM Management
Help maintain segmented email lists for investors, tenants, buyers, and property-type audiences.
Assist in creating and sending targeted email marketing campaigns.
Update CRM databases with client information, leads, and campaign performance metrics.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Support with signage ordering, lockbox tracking, and vendor coordination for marketing materials.
Perform administrative duties such as file organization, proofreading, and task tracking within the team’s project management system.
Qualifications
No degree required; ideal for candidates interested in developing a career in marketing or real estate.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Heavy knowledge using Canva including video editing to edit arial property videos.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Express, or similar design tools (training provided).
Comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms, including CRM and email marketing systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
