Maintenance Tech 1

General Summary:  Entry-level Maintenance Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment in the production lab.  Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Preventative Maintenance on equipment, maintaining PM checklistsHandling work orders to resolve machine issues and minimize production down timeServicing CNC Edgers and Generators: cleaning, performing routine tasks, changing or fixing parts and recalibratingMaintaining Edgers and Blockers: keep filters and components clean, change cutters, checks for prism and axisServicing other equipment and systems in the labFollow all safety rules, "Lock out / Tag out" procedures and utilize PPE if requiredGenerally assist maintenance team, senior maintenance technicians, help with routine tasks, maintenance housekeeping in work areas and other tasks as assigned
