Job Summary:
The Production Manager – Maintenance energizes & motivates an experienced team of maintenance
employees to work safely, improve cycle time, focus on quality, & meet production goals. Oversees and
ensures that the equipment, machinery, general repairs, site maintenance, installation of new

Duties & Responsibilities Acts as a resource in the diagnosis of malfunctioning machinery, installation of new equipment and systems, and general repairsCoordinates and schedules the maintenance operations with other plant operations teams to ensure efficient and safe operationsLeads by example & develops close working relationships with the plant staff, vendors, customers & leadersManages and participates in the selection, interviewing & hiring of new maintenance employeesOversees the plant maintenance staff and directs all maintenance operationsOther duties as assigned.
