Description Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Apparel Designer with a strong background in designing for men's, women's, and kids' apparel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of fashion trends, and the ability to translate market insights into compelling designs. This role requires a creative thinker who can work collaboratively with our design and product development teams to create high-quality, market-ready apparel.Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop apparel collections for men, women, and children, ensuring each line reflects the brand's aesthetic and market positioning.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities.
Create detailed technical sketches, CADs, and tech packs for production.
Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and timelines.
Select fabrics, trims, and other materials for new designs.
Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure the best fit and quality.
Present design concepts and collections to internal teams and stakeholders.
Maintain awareness of current fashion trends and continuously seek inspiration from various sources.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
5+ years of experience in apparel design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across men's, women's, and kids' categories.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD programs.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and production processes.
Excellent sketching and illustration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
