As a Sr Financial Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities for our Intelligent Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will contribute to the success of our IA SBG and help drive its growth and profitability. You will report to our Finance Manager and be on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial performance of our IA SBG by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, identifying trends, and recommending actions to optimize financial results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts, and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.The Intelligent Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG) at Honeywell focuses on developing and delivering innovative automation solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making

Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts for the IA SBG

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience in the technology industry or related field

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling

Excellent communication and presentation skills
