Heating and A.C. Company in Northside area of San Antonio is looking for a Dispatcher/ Customer Service Coordinator. This person will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining activities of the service department and technicians. Must have excellent customer service, organizational, detailed, and multitask skills. Position requires a high level of correspondence with customers, technicians and supervisors. They must demonstrate ability to maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers, technicians, and supervisors. They will be a self-motivator, trustworthy and dependable.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dispatch calls to technicians
Generate and Schedule Residential and Commercial Appointments
Coordinate and Confirm all Appointments
Maintain Customer Satisfaction

JOB HOURS:
Full Time
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
