Immediate Customer Service Call Center Agents needed for Audiologist scheduling patient appointments. A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales-related or inbound/outbound call center is required. We're looking for customer service oriented, friendly people with good communication skills. Basic PC experience is required. Dependability and commitment are required, and good attendance is a MUST. The Call Center is located in NC SA, near the Airport.
Monday - Friday, no weekends. Available shift: 8AM-8PM. 8 hour shifts. 2 week training is 8am-5pm/M-F. Starting pay is $16/hour with 6 month performance-based increases up to $18/hour. Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check. Please submit resume to: Melissa@trinitystaffing.com
