Coordinate, develop and maintain statistical reports
Update and input data into SAP which could include: Telematics Systems (Web Portal, APEX App, and SAP)
Answer telephone calls and provide information/direction to both internal and external contacts.
Maintain paper file records
Provide support by releiving other positions within Business Area
Performs other duties as assigned
