Call provider offices to request and validate facility and provider addresses, and collect medical records for the HEDIS project.
Perform data entry of change of addresses into the system.
Upload records upon receipt.
Document all outreach efforts.
Run reports and work with MS Excel.
Essential Skills
2 years of HEDIS work or medical record review experience.
Data Abstraction experience.
Proficiency with MS Excel.
Computer proficiency.
Must be located in Texas.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in medical terminology, medical records, healthcare, audit, customer service, and healthcare support.
Experience with provider calls.
Work EnvironmentThis position will be fully remote, requiring a strong internet connection. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. The dress code is business casual.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
