Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Remote Pilot to join our dynamic team. The Remote Pilot will support technical operations, training, and education of US and foreign students/operators, requiring a willingness to travel overseas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong military background with at least 5 years of related experience, hold a 14 CFR Part 107 certificate, AUVSI Top Operator Program certification (level 2/3), and have Remote Pilot operational experience in the operation of heavy lift sUAS (e.g., Paladin and Aurelia X-8 series platforms). Responsibilities:

Operate sUAS in accordance with 14 CFR Part 107 regulations.

Conduct sUAS missions for various operations, including reconnaissance, surveillance, and data collection in various GNSS environments.

Provide training and education to foreign students or operators on sUAS systems.

Offer technical support and troubleshooting of UAS and related payloads.

Ensure all sUAS operations comply with company policies, FAA regulations, and safety protocols, including Part 107 waiver requests (when/as required)

Maintain detailed records of flight operations, maintenance, and training activities as part of AtAero’s operational and maintenance standards.

Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure successful mission outcomes.

Support the development and implementation of EW payloads, systems and exercises related to UAS.

Minimum Requirements:

14 CFR Part 107 certificate .

Minimum of 5 years of military-related experience in UAS operations.

Familiarity with heavy lift sUAS.

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including overseas travel (OCONUS).

Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve UAS-related issues.

Excellent communication and instructional skills to effectively train foreign students or operators.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective conveyance of technical information and interaction with stakeholders.

Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret level clearance.

Due to sensitive nature of the position, the candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Experience with Group 2 sUAS operations in the DoD environment, including command, control and communications (C3) support of both UAS command and control (C2) and payload operations (C3).

Current AUVSI Top Operator Program Certification (level 2/3)

Previous experience operating in a GNSS-denied environment a plus.

Previous experience in the training and education of UAS operators.

Knowledge of international UAS regulations and operational standards.

Undergraduate degree in either uncrewed systems or geospatial information systems (or in the process of obtaining same).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Travel Required: Up to 30% to include OCONUS.
