Food preparation: Washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients; cooking dishes according to recipes; and assisting with plating and presentation.
Cleaning and maintenance: Cleaning dishes, cooking equipment, and workstations; sanitizing surfaces; and performing routine cleaning like mopping floors and taking out trash.
Inventory management: Monitoring food supplies, restocking items as needed, receiving and organizing deliveries, and assisting with stock control.
Safety and sanitation: Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines; following health and safety regulations; and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
Team collaboration: Working with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service, communicating with team members, and supporting other staff members.
