ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Support maintenance, repairs, installation and construction of new test facilities and equipment.
Complete training related to test cell calibrations for relevant equipment, hardware, sampling equipment and instrumentation following established calibration procedures.
Operates test cell and emissions sampling carts while accurately monitoring and recording critical parameters.
Record and report out of tolerance data.
Performs electrical assembly or wiring operations.
Performs mechanical assembly, disassembly, rework of units as required to meet production schedules.
Operates basic manufacturing computer hardware and software to document tasks as required.
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electronic Systems.
Follow and adhere to written and verbal instructions from supervision, project leaders or designated personnel.
Interface with various computer software and control programs to input data and adjust engine, test cell and sample system parameters.
Uses Standard Work Instructions, electrical and mechanical diagrams, photographs, and verbal instructions to perform required tasks.
Efficiently use and safely select hand and power tools.
Maintains work area in an orderly and safe manner. Able to observe and correct safety issues when encountered.
Operate company vehicles, golf carts, and forklifts.
Other duties as assigned.
