Review vehicle condition reports
Determine wholesale and retail prices
Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite and offsite
Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience.
Demonstrated communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.
Organization and follow-up skills.
Experience and desire to work with technology.
Valid In-State Driver's License and an acceptable, safe driving record
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Respond to customers who are interested in potentially selling their vehicle
Use various software
Assist by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Set appointments so customers can bring in their vehicle for inspection and/or appraisal
Perform careful inspections of customer's vehicles.
Run various reports including CarFax
Present offers to purchase and learn to overcome objections
Follow-up with sellers to ensure repeat and referral business.
