We are looking for experienced line cooks to join our team! The line cook is the final link between the company menu vision and the server and the guest. All policies, recipes, and standards come together on the plate and rely on the line cook to make sure the final product is perfect. Line cooks are responsible for managing the most expensive, perishable, and important asset in the restaurant: the food. As a line cook you must embody, in your actions, the company standards for food quality, presentation, and timeliness while also maintaining the equipment, tools and stations around you according to health code and safety standards.
