Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as part-time Make-Ready Technician to support event assistance. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, weekend availability, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves a variety of tasks including:
Light Grounds Keeping: Trash removal, pressure washing, and occasional lawn mowing to ensure our properties are well-maintained and presentable.
Event Set-Up and Take-Down: Assisting with event preparations, including moving tables and chairs, and rearranging furniture to meet guest needs. After events, ensuring that spaces are returned to their original condition.
Pre and Post Check-In Walk-Throughs: Conducting thorough inspections of units before and after guest stays to identify any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns. Addressing minor issues and escalating major ones to the facilities department.
Maintenance Duties: Replacing light bulbs, batteries, and other small items, paint touch-ups, resolve light plumbing issues (leaky faucets, clogged drains, running toilets), replace hvac filters and clean units, etc.
Requirements:
-Reliable transportation
-Weekend availability
-Ability to regularly lift 25lbs, and occasionally 50lbs
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
-Previous experience in hospitality, event assistance, or property maintenance is a plus but not required
