Responsibilities: Solicit homeowners from door knocking to help restore their storm damaged roofs with a new metal roof using proceeds from their insurance claimEASY!
Project Management of the Job:
Once the project is approved you will help the property owner through product and color selections.
You will check up on the labor crew during the build to ensure customer satisfaction.
Once the job is finished and the customer is satisfied, you will collect final payment.
Requirements:
Reliable Transportation, a truck is best but cars can work. You will need to carry a ladder with you.

Able to climb a ladder
A self starting attitude and ability to work on commission
Strong communication skills, driven and goal oriented.
Compensation: Straight Commission
1. You will earn 60% of the profit after material, labor and a 5% office cost has been deducted from the contracted amount.
Example.We just had a client with State Farm receive $29,000 to replace his roof, fence and pergola, instead of replacing his roof with shingles, we contracted him on a 24 gauge standing seam colored panel at $29,000. Our cost was $17,800 which means your commission would be $6030! THAT'S JUST 1 JOB!
BOTTOM LINE IS if you can handle generating your own leads by way of door knocking targeted areas, have reliable transportation and look presentable than we can teach you how to sell and you will earn 200k this year.
