Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team located in Seabrook, Texas. In this role, you will serve as an integral part of our technical support team, providing first-level assistance to our customers and ensuring optimal performance of their computer systems. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Act as the initial point of contact for customers requiring technical support via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Conduct remote troubleshooting by employing diagnostic techniques and asking relevant questions. Determine the most effective solution based on the problem and information provided by customers. Guide customers through the process of resolving their technical issues. Refer unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel for further assistance. Provide customers with accurate information about IT products or services. Document all customer interactions, including the problems encountered and their resolution, in logs. Conduct follow-ups to update customer status and information. Forward any customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team for consideration. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software to maintain optimal system performance.
