RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs recruitment and on-boarding processes of employees at all levels of the meat packing industry
Assists with benefit administration
Participates in community employee relations activities
Position may include travel within the facility’s recruiting area
Offsite recruiting as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred but not required
Experience in Human Resources administration activities
2-3 years of experience in meat processing or other manufacturing setting preferred
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
Previous hiring, recruitment, and/or human resources experience required
General understanding of Employment Law
Proficient in Microsoft Office
