Adobe Analytics Sr Consultant

Description We are in search of a seasoned Adobe Analytics Sr Consultant to join our team in the professional services industry located in Lehi, Utah, 84043, United States. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and managing end-to-end analytics and data collection initiatives. You will be instrumental in driving strategic development and growth for our clients, while also playing a critical role in the successful completion of project work plans.Responsibilities: Develop and manage end-to-end analytics and data collection initiatives as part of larger data and experience delivery engagements. Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants to facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. Strengthen relationships and improve communication, trust, and networking with client personnel and professional associates. Accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies. Use data & tag management tools such as Adobe Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch), Google Tag Manager (GTM). Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital analytics, primarily Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4. Foster positive team culture that encourages open communication among all engagement team members. Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. Dive into accounts and find insights and opportunities for performance improvement to maximize ROI, improve experience deliveries and optimize personalization. Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data. Establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network. Translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services industry Proven expertise in Adobe Analytics Demonstrated ability to implement strategies based on analytics Experience in consulting roles with a focus on analytics Strong knowledge and skills in general analytics Proven ability to drive implementation of Adobe Analytics in a business environment Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
