Description We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist. Our client needs an Accounts Payable Specialist who is skilled, takes initiative and is accurate.The Accounts Payable Specialist will be over:
Primary responsibility is to handle the administrative and clerical needs of the AP/Finance Department
Providing internal and external audit assistance as required
Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling
Respond to vendors inquires, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve disputes
Review and input invoices and check requests timely and accurately
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Proficient in MS Excel
Detail oriented and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
