Concierge

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and service oriented Resort Concierge to join our team in beautiful Park City, Utah. In this role, you will be the go to resource for guests looking to enhance their stay by providing expert recommendations, arranging reservations, and ensuring each visitor experiences the best of what Park City has to offer.As a Concierge, you will:Provides guests with information about the local area, attractions, restaurants.Assist guests with booking/scheduling attractions, restaurant reservations.Assists guests with booking transportation; airline boarding passes and travel information if necessary.Helps resolve minor guest complaints in order to provide the guest with the best experience.Build relationships with other businesses and departments to improve guest experience.Other duties as assigned.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
