At NIQ, we deliver the most complete and clear understanding of consumer buying behavior that reveals new pathways to growth. We are looking to add a Client Manager to our Retail Analytics team.The Retail Analytics team works face-to-face with the largest retail players, using NIQ solutions to help answer questions such as, what is the right assortment to carry and how to optimize pricing & promotional strategies. Every day brings a new challenge when working in this fast-paced retail environment supporting merchandise analytics solutions & services. As a Client Manager, you'll contribute to the overall client satisfaction, team success, and technical platform capabilities. A strong candidate will proactively maintain and grow relationships with the client, train client and internal users on how to use our applications, and proactively identify ways for clients to use NIQ solutions to answer their relevant business questions. Responsibilities:Become familiar with NIQ Retail Analytics database content, processes, and frontend applications, and ensure data quality in collaboration with our backend data delivery teamTrain retailers on how to use NIQ data and dashboard solutions to execute pricing, promotion and assortment decisionsLead client teams through designing, selling, executing and presenting analytic studies to meet client’s research objectivesPenetrate and establish enduring client relationships with senior decision makers at clients by demonstrating on-going value by driving client outcomesEnsure proactive insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to clientsGrow and develop with a team responsible for delivering against client commitmentsBe accountable for driving account renewals and overall portfolio value to meet revenue goalsIdentify opportunities to collaborate across NIQ teams and uncover sales opportunities with clients About YouYou constantly seek to learn new things and lean into new capabilities.
