Retired General Contractor seeking a partner for start up business.
We can register a new company or I will qualify your existing one.
No testing required on your part.
If I qualify your company, Utah Law requires I own 20%
of the company and I require an agreed monthly payment (If any Profit)
In our contract will be this clause:
After 2 years of business, I agree to turn over my 20%
ownership to you provided all current debts are paid and I am paid in full
on the agreed monthly payments.
If a new company is set up you will be 50% owner to start.
After 1 year you will be 80% owner.
After 2 years you will be 100% owner. ( See conditions above.)
Any contract between us will be in writing and official.
I will fund $5000 initial start up business checking account deposit.
Joint checking account will need both our
signatures or 2 party verification for all payments and withdrawals.
You must have a minimum 5 years experience in your field and required tools.
I will consider most ideas for a business providing
they are short time projects. (30 days or less.)
No new construction.
References and background checks required.
