Job DescriptionThis Power Engineering position is needed to directly support development of the C3 power supplies, power shelves, BBUs and BBU shelves, and supercap products and to oversee daily interactions with power suppliers. This position will also be the point of contact to support deployment of these power systems to OCI datacenters and to handle OCI datacenter power escalations and DC build-outsCareer Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesThis position is for an experienced hardware engineer with a background in power engineering to provide engineering support for Oracle rack power infrastructure. Job responsibilities the development of lab test hardware and automating test procedures, project management of subtier suppliers, developing validation testing strategies and procedures, review and analysis of supplier test data submitted as part of product release, field support of including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex problems often without the failing hardware. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
