Take clear photos documenting the home’s condition and any issues found.
Verify staging, cleanliness, amenities, and safety items meet Portoro’s standards.
Handle simple, low-skill tasks on site when needed, such as:
– Light spot cleaning
– Resetting linens or amenities
– Restocking basic consumables
– Minor maintenance actions within scope (e.g., changing batteries or air filters)
Report maintenance issues immediately and escalate anything outside your scope.
Maintain reliability with deadlines for assigned inspections.
Communicate clearly with the Field Operations team regarding completed tasks or issues that require attention.
Work Structure
Flexible scheduling within same-day assignment windows.
Piece-rate pay per inspection, plus additional pay for approved add-on tasks.
Contractors choose the number of inspections they want each week, based on volume and availability.

25 dollars per completed home readiness inspection.
Add-On Pay (when applicable):
Spot cleaning 10 dollars per task
Basic restock 5 dollars

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work without supervision.
Dependable transportation and punctuality.
Comfortable using mobile apps and following structured checklists.
