Consistent 3rd shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00am – 6:30pm.
3rd/Weekend Shift: add $2.00 per hour for all hours worked on Saturday & Sunday. In addition, if you work the full 36 hours you will get paid 4 hours as a shift premium - so work 36 hours and get paid 40!

A day in the life as an Industrial Electrical Technician with Vermont Cider Company:
Complete work orders and provide maintenance/electrical support.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and VFD controlled high-speed production equipment and batch processes.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools.
Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
Adhere to plant safety and 5S requirements; Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities.
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up time.
Utilize Guide TI to accurately and thoroughly document and track all corrective and preventive maintenance performed throughout the course of the day; including sourcing and issuing parts, documenting equipment issues and entering inspection/measurement points.
Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPI's.
Follow all safety guidelines to ensure safe work practices are used at all times and to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
Comply with all VCC policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities are conducted within local, state and federal laws.
