Participate in the nursing center's strategic planning and budget preparation. Develop an effective leadership team to coordinate clinical, educational and operational activities to ensure nursing personnel possess the clinical expertise and certifications required for the patient population. BSN preferred A minimum of five years full-time or equivalent clinical experience with at least two years' experience in nursing supervision in the skilled nursing/long-term care setting is required. Must currently holds a position as Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing/long-term care center. Must possess demonstrated leadership, organizational, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
