The applicant will require strong analytical skills and must be a self-starter with great initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Work requires the Project Manager to be a team-player who interacts daily with the software team and frequently with the Government customer. The applicant will work closely with the government, subject matter experts and software developers to develop and deploy software applications related to security assessments and inspections. Duties will be within the scope of the work derived from a contract with a government customer. The position is fully remote but the employee will need to occasionally travel for meetings, trainings and visit our office in Alexandria, VA. Essential Job Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, revenue, and expenses.o Ensure project is executing on the contractual budget.o Ensure resources are billing to the correct change numbers.o Ensure project does not exceed the contractual budget. Ensure all tasks, deliverables, and products are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout the project.o Maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., ensure deliverable tracker is up to date on a daily basis).o Manage documentation and reports.o Maintain enhancement list. Prepare for and lead weekly meeting with Government customer.o Creating and sending meeting invitation.o Updating and maintaining weekly meeting slides on MS PowerPoint. Acquire access to Army NIPR email within 30 days of starting work on the contract. Acquire access to SMS(CM) Staging and Production websites within 30 days of starting work on the contract. Identify and develop project goals, need, and scope, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.o Ensure internal resource availability and allocation.o Manage internal resources for execution of the project. Effective communication with Government and HII stakeholders. Ensure success of the project. Eliminate blockers and potential risks. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Proficiency in Adobe. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Manage Military Analyst assigned to this contract. Consolidate monthly report inputo Work with the user support team to determine next steps for tickets that remain in open status CounterMeasures 4 (CM4) Developmento Lead meetings with Government.o Develop products for meetings.o Partake in internal meetings, working closely with development team.o Write requirements. Manage the hosting of SMS(CM)o Ensure when SMS(CM) staging and production environments are updated and that both a tester and analyst test the environments.o Touch base with the SMS(CM) Information Assurance Manager and ensure all ATO/ATC and POAM tasks are completed. (Weekly)o Ensure USAMPS is abreast of when DISA production is updated.o Ensure the training environment is updated when DISA production is updated.Minimum Qualifications4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
