Description:We are seeking a skilled general laborer to join our team. If you have experience in a construction or general labor environment and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect fit for you!Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain tumbling equipment.
Measure concrete moisture, texture, height, and thickness
Perform mold cleaning and proper installation.
Rebuild mold boxes.
Monitor and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic and water systems associated with block production.
Keep production records as required.
Provide regular general labor tasks such as lifting up to 75-100 lbs.
Collaborate with team members to achieve a common goal.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years’ experience in a construction/manufacturing setting
Must be able to work a 1st shift and mandatory overtime.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Ability to follow instructions both written and verbal.
Work Environment/Shift:
Indoor/Outdoor setting
1st shift: 6:00 am - 5:00 pm
Benefits/Compensation:
Pay rate: $17/hr. with overtime.
