The Chief Engineer responsible for all working matters under the operations and maintenance of building systems at CMI’s customer site in Culpeper, VA.Key Job FunctionsResponsible for the building’s systems including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and supervision of technicians.Performs Preventive Maintenance tasks involving keeping equipment in good working order to reduce downtime and prevent breakdowns.Shall be onsite in a full-time capacity and on-call to respond to emergencies.
