Bookkeeper

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team on a temporary to hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to transition to a full-time position based on performance.Please submit your resume and your relevant experience to Tawnia Kirshen via my email located in LinkedIn.Job Summary:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Process accounts payable and receivable.Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.Prepare and process payroll.Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.Generate financial reports and statements.Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.Assist with budgeting and forecasting.Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Netsuite, Yardi, Xero).Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
