We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our remote travel team! As a Remote Travel Advisor, you’ll help clients plan and book vacations, cruises, flights, hotels, and special events while delivering top-tier customer service.
No prior travel experience is required—comprehensive training and professional certifications are provided.
What You’ll Do:
Research, plan, and arrange travel options based on client preferences.
Handle travel inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
Stay current on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates.
Complete ongoing training to expand product knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and reside in the U.S.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Smartphone required; laptop or computer recommended.
Reliable internet connection.
Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
