Our work depends on Subcontracts Administrator to provide support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.HOW A SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Develop and manage subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and procedures
Create subcontract solicitations
Support proposal efforts
Negotiate price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions,
Compile reports for Subcontracts and/or Project Management
Coordinate with other program and functional areas
Ensure compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parameters
Participate in and/or manage special projects as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education : Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, 6+ years of related experience within Subcontracts Management, Contracts Management, Procurement, and/or Proposal Management experience required .
Experience : 2+ years of related experience within Subcontracts Management, Contracts Management, Procurement, and/or Proposal Management experience required
Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Required Skills and Abilities : Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Preferred Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Clearance : No clearance required
Location : This is a hybrid position working at a GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA. This role will require working onsite 3 days a week.

The likely salary range for this position is $57,866 - $78,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
