Description We are offering a long term employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Henrico, Virginia. The Accounting Clerk will be a crucial part of our team, with primary responsibilities including credit application assistance, customer setup in Sage, and providing general support to the team. Responsibilities Assist with credit application processes to ensure smooth transactions for customers Set up new customers in Sage, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry Provide general support to the team, fostering a collaborative work environment Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain financial accuracy Engage in Billing, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing tasks to support the accounting department Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks and projects Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up-to-date.Requirements Possess skills in Account Reconciliation Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary Familiarity with Billing procedures Should have experience in Data Entry Proficiency in Invoice Processing Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle software Proficiency in QuickBooks is required Knowledge of SAP is essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
