Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to join our team and oversee strategic aspects of our organizational initiatives. U.S. CitizenMust have or be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.A bachelor’s degree in management or a relevant field.A hybrid role that requires one day in the office weekly on Wednesdays during office hours at our location on Greensboro Dr, McLean, VA. The Program Director will lead growth activities and oversee the daily operations of our portfolio of programs and projects. The candidate must possess planning and problem-solving skills, be able to set clear, measurable goals, and have good time management. You must be detail-oriented, able to analyze data, possess a high level of oral and written communication skills, and be organized, efficient, and able to prioritize.Duties include the key elements of program management, delivery oversight, and business growth for the Department of Defense, with an emphasis on US Army opportunities.
