Support team members by troubleshooting issues and providing technical advice.

Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support.

Configure and build the system database.

Set up hardware and system interfaces.

Migrate hotels from the retired PMS ensuring all data is imported to PEP.

How you will collaborate with others:

Onboard new Associates through training on all aspects of a project and tasks.

Guide the Associate and liaise with the Manager to support the Associate’s development.

Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues.

What projects you will take ownership of:

Multiple stages of a remote and onsite PEP deployment which include communication, configuration, database build, data migration, testing interfaces, and training.

Project Management duties in the absence of Project Managers.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:

Three (3) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field

Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily

Understanding of Hilton’s PMS, CRS, and interfaces

Travel up to 80%

It would be useful if you have:

Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience

Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field

Experience as a successful systems installer

Knowledge in the following: point of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON

Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems

Bilingual
