As a Senior Manager, Global Mobility, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. Create systematic ways to deliver great experiences for all Hilton team members
Develop communications to facilitate information sharing on our mobility programs across several business and HR partner groups
Use data, benchmarking and Team Member feedback to monitor program effectiveness and to identify opportunities for improvement within the Global Mobility program
How you will collaborate with others:
Collaborate across existing partners in Total Rewards, Human Resources, Operations, Recruiting, Legal, Payroll, and Finance and close partnership with business leaders across the Company. You will provide guidance and consult and align with business leaders within the Global Mobility framework
Partner with other members of the global mobility and global total rewards teams to understand and document current processes and find ways to automate/improve. Ensure processes are updated to align with the policy
What projects you will take ownership of:
Define clear KPI metrics to measure performance of the program and build regular reporting dashboards for reporting to senior leadership
Work with global and external partners to benchmark and update the existing global mobility policy, drive changes in the program from start to finish (communications, change management program to implement, and measure the effectiveness of any changes)
Maintain the team's intranet sites, complete with policy documentation, guides for partners, process and procedure overviews, and audit records
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of work experience in Analytics, Process/Project Management, or Global Mobility
Experience reporting and building dashboards in Tableau or similar technology
You will be located on-site in McLean, VA
It would be useful if you have:
Overseas employment/experience
Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) or comparable HR certification
Project management certification
Multi-lingual
