Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Part-Time Executive Assistant in Norfolk, Virginia. This role is essential in our organization, providing direct support to our regional partners, executives, and cross-functional teams. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for advanced administrative duties, managing projects, and maintaining sensitive information with the utmost discretion. This role will require agility and adaptability in a high-energy, diverse, professional environment.Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with regional partners, executives, and cross-functional organizations Execute advanced administrative duties while handling sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, discretion, and discernment Utilize project management skills to manage and complete projects in a timely manner Use various software technologies, including Microsoft, to perform tasks efficiently Coordinate events and manage schedules for the executive leadership team Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence and integrity while performing duties Adapt to constantly changing demands and new tools/technologies Handle business correspondence professionally and efficiently Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and manage priorities for senior leadership team members Play a significant role as a member of the leadership team, contributing to the organization's long-term economic strategyRequirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with relevant software technology Proven experience in project management Strong ability to handle business correspondence Experience in coordinating events Ability to work effectively with executive leadership Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to multitask and prioritize work effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a high level of discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
