DSP will serve as direct care worker having direct responsibility and supervision of the individual to whom he or she is assigned. Oversee physical care, development of acceptable habits and attitudes; management of individual behavior
and helping to meet the goals and objectives of any service plan. Participate in individual day support assessments:
ensuring the daily needs of the individual is properly met. Escort individual to and from training and community activities
as assigned. Provides direct supervision and guidance to ensure safety and welfare of individuals. Observe individual for
behavioral changes, physical injuries/conditions and cleanliness, and conduct accordance with Individual Service Plan.
